Qatch Run Club Vol. 001 🏃

Surviving Long Runs In The Heat

Welcome to the very first issue of Qatch Run Club. our goal is simple: help you spend less time scrolling and more time running. Every week we’ll share products and tips we think are actually worth your attention.

Inside this issue, we’re covering a hot topic (literally) → how to survive long runs in the heat. 🥵

This week's Run Club is brought to you by On Running. If you've followed us for a while, you already know we're huge fans. We've trained in On for everything from easy miles to marathon long runs. We're excited to have them helping us build this community. The Cloudsurfer Max are an elite choice to long runs, delivering comfort and smoothness mile after mile.

hot weather long run checklist

Hot long runs are hard enough; don't make them harder. Here's what we're grabbing before every run to stay cool, hydrated, and (hopefully) avoid melting.

One thing we've learned: What you do before your run matters just as much as what you do during it. Start hydrating a few days ahead, don't skip your carbs, and always bring electrolytes.
